Are there any jobs working specifically with the Sun?

Not 'green' jobs, more like research jobs. Monitoring sunspots and gathering data, predicting solar storms, and things along that same line? Like, a solar scientist? How do I come into a job like this and what education would I need? Where do solar scientists get employed if not NASA?
