green light energy
How do you calculate the energy of one photon of blue-green light with a wavelength of 493.0 nm.?

E = hf where h is Plank's Constant and f is frequency.
Since speed of light c = λ•f, or f = c / λ rewrite:
E = h•c / λ
E = [6.63•10^-34 J•s]•[3•10^8 m/s] / 493•10^-9 m
E = 403.4•10^-21 J
or 403.4 zeptoJoules (zJ)
