Where can I purchase the parts that I need to sauter together to make a solar panel to fit my particular need?

I do not want to purchase a ready-made solar panel. I need to purchase the inner components.
I really don't want to buy them on ebay, I would rather buy from a company specializing in photovoltaic items.

but in general, a panel you make yourself is not likely to stand up to the elements. And it's a lot of work to put it together. If this is just for hobby use, then go for it!
