Graduation project:renewable energy or smart grid ideas?
I'm an Electrical power engineering student, and I need some help to decide on my final grad. project
Here's what I'm looking for:
1-Something mainly related to renewables or smart grid, but involves other fields.
2-I need a creative idea, includes some research, and a lot of new tech.
I'm a little lost any help would be appreciated.

As for power generation using renewable energy the following could be considered:
- Solar system
- Wind mills
- Hydroelectric
- Thermal energy
- Bio gas
- Nuclear energy
As for smart grids, you can integrate two or more power supply grids into a load dispatch center where energy can be optimized.
