Who do I contact about a green idea?
I have a really good energy efficiency idea for an electric car. Who would I contact to make this idea happen? Bc there's no way I can build this idea alone, I'd need a car company to help out. Any help would be great, thanks.
The ancient Greeks used to say that "There is nothing new under the sun." It may still be true. You are keeping your cards close. Perhaps you are concerned that someone will steal your idea. A problem with this approach is that the idea may not be fully considered from different perspectives. After a reasonable amount of caution, what you need is a way to sell or market the idea. It might be possible to sell the idea without a patent but it will also probably be worth less and there is more risk of an idea being stolen. You will have to convince someone it works and if they agree and fully understand the concept why do they need you? A backer would also be a possibility. For a stake they may be willing to fund your patent and marketing efforts.
