Does America need another Stimulus?
Like another Reinvestment Act. We are about to lose 1000s of jobs in the public sector and nobody wants to raise taxes or borrow when times are tough. As things improve with the investment debt can be easily repaid.
What if it is structured as such that the government loans money to businesses that are innovating like green energy, health, and other high-tech jobs? It would be like the government owning stocks.
There's no point in passing another stimulus that the GOP has completely poisoned with tax cuts (the LEAST effective form of economic stimulus). As it stands, the prior stimulus was MUCH less effective than if it had not been poisoned by the GOP...
