How much electricity does a solar cell produce?
Considering the best solar panel available to the public at this time at high noon, how many volts, watts, and amps would 1 square foot of solar cells produce.

The link below is to the best panel from Sunpower. It's available to the public, I suppose, through installers. You can't order one yourself from the internet or at a store.
You can calculate what you want from there. This panel has an efficiency of 18.5%, which is what happens once you put the cells in a realistic frame under glass. It's really only useful to talk about watts per square foot. Volts and amps are specified for the entire panel, and it would not be possible to tap the voltage off, say, just 1 square foot of a 15-square-foot panel.
