I decided to spend around £5000 on my home to make it more efficient....?

and/or on my garden to grow my own veg. I'd like to ask how you would spend it to make you outgoing cheaper in the long run. Would you go for a green house, possible a backboiler and open fire, geo-thermal heating, solar panels?
