can anyone tell me how to make a home solar panel?

i found a system that will sell me the info on making solar panels for my home and make then at home for under $200 from what the ad said but
has anyone got this system called Earth 4 Engery
and what i would need to buy and where i can get the items and who much they moight cost

i would love to try it and if it works i will be making as much as i can for my home and my families homes
