What is the biggest factor that would encourage you to change your energy supplier.?
My partner, a home energy consultant, wants to know what is the biggest factor why you would choose an energy supplier. For instance cost, service, price protection, green energy, local call centres etc. Also do you think about changing suppliers and what method would you prefer to do this by i.e. would you prefer to do it over the net or speak to a consultant face to face.
Cost. Cost and cost. After that price protection and good customer service. You know, it would be great if companies started showing some gratitude for customer loyality.
