where do i buy a small solar panel it should sbe the size of a peice of toast around edmonton?
i also want all the compents on it like converting it to normal energy but i want to make it so when it has enough it will use all the power its collected and send it in a burst through positive and negative cords
and then do it again save up and burst,save up and burst, save up and burst...ect

As for your particular use for the solar panel, you might find something on the net.
