Is it really just BP or perhaps all of our faults for taking forever to switch to clean energies?
It just seems it's been decades that we've forewarned these disasters and crisis' will occur over and over without change from oil to alternate clean energies. The U.S. at the max.estimates now produces only 26% of the oil it needs. All the dependence on others creates embargo's,wars, price blackmailing, impotent politics etc...seemingly all in the name of greed. So,my question again is...is it just BP's fault or is it Exxon,Chevron,Conoco-Phillips etc..and the gov't.& general public's fault as well for letting it happen?Americans are so stuck on the petrol automobile...it seems many even live their identity through their auto.Any oil people out there able to justify it all beyond the reason that you need a job?You know there's Electric,solar,wind,bio,algae,etc..etc..out there.Do you think we'll change in time before total system collapse? Please share your opinions.
Watch the documentary "Who killed the electric car" all the answers are there. Corporate America runs america. There is never a "change" when we switch presidents the new guy is just a puppet. The real people who run america behind the scenes think about profits. They have shipped our jobs overseas for profit and in the name of free trade dumped cheap chinese products in the local markets. We need a revolution because evolution is not working, people are dying in this country while we are educating afghan girls in afghanistan. This is bullshit, what democracy and at what price freedom...
